Kiran Sharma comes first with the best GPA in the board exam and gets first in the district. Chief Minister Jeet Shing gave her the award. Because of Kiran Sharma's results. All students from Private colleges get admission in government colleges. Pratap Rana, the owner of a private college, gets mad. Pratap Rana offers Kiran to study in his college. But Kiran rejects his offer. Pratap Rana gets angry with Kiran and gets his man to kill Kiran. Suddenly Deb arrives at that moment and saves Kiran. Both of them became close and both are in love and cannot live without each other. After Kiran disappears from the city Deb becomes mad. Deb searches everywhere but Kiran is not found. There Kiran reaches her village Jitpur. Kaldev's dominance is running in that place Kaldev enslaved everyone from children to old people. Chotan Kaldev's son likes Kiran and falls in love but Kiran flatly rejects it. Chotan gets angry with Kiran and decides to kill Kiran. They attack Kiran and suddenly Deb comes there and saves Kiran. Kaldev gets mad seeing that. There Kaldeb told Pratap Rana to kill Deb's father and mother. Deb became mad. At the same time Chotan Kidnaps Kiran then Deb gets angry and kills Chotan, Kaldev, Pratap Rana and frees the people of Jitpur.
Degree Maila is the only English graduate in a village, who has returned from a city. As the campus committee is warned to run the English classes properly or bear the consequences of shutting down, they decide to hire him for the job, which he declines. His love interest and the committee want him to take up the job but he is adamant. The film explores the theme of education system and unemployment issues in Nepali society through this backstory. Degree Maila: MA 3rd Class is an upcoming Nepali social comedy-drama film directed by Ram Babu Gurung, based on a play written by Saayad Ashok. It's produced by Bishal Gurung, Mani Ram Pokharel, Madhu Mijar and Sushma Gurung under the banner Baasuri films in association with Sushma Productions. It features Dayahang Rai and Aanchal Sharma in lead roles with Maotse Gurung, Prakash Ghimire, Bijay Baral, Buddhi Tamang, Kamal Mani Nepal in supporting roles. A story of a city-returned degree holder; the film emphasizes on education and unemployment issues in Nepal. Its scheduled for release on the eve of Nepalese new year 2081, which falls on 12 April 2024.
